Our firm would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest addition to the team. Eryn Fernandez-Ledon has just been hired as a new associate at Bendit Weinstock, P.A. Her practice will be concentrated on personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation.

For the past several years, Attorney Fernandez-Ledon has worked with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. There, she engaged in both criminal litigation and appellate practice. She also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James M. DeMarzo, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. At the start of her career, she also interned to former New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia Long.

Attorney Fernandez-Ledon graduated from Rutgers School of Law—Newark in 2013 and obtained her bachelor’s in history from Seton Hall University in 2009. She is currently part of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
