Biography:
Mr. Bhattacharya is the firm’s Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a Partner in 2014. His practice is primarily concentrated in Catastrophic Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and General Litigation. Mr. Bhattacharya has been lead counsel in hundreds of matters on behalf of injured individuals. He is a New Jersey Civil Certified Trial Attorney. He has received a number of recognitions, including selection to the New Jersey SuperLawyers’ List, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 List, America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators’ List, and the Medical Malpractice Lawyers’ Top 25 List among other recognitions. Mr. Bhattacharya is a frequent lecturer for a variety of Bar Associations, including the New Jersey Association of Justice and NJICLE, where he lectures to attorneys on a range of topics related to trial and litigation tactics.
