Elyssa Van Houtte

Associate Attorney

Ms. Van Houtte is an associate attorney in the Business & Estate Litigation Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Van Houtte served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J. Ch., in the Union County Superior Court. During her time as a law clerk, Ms. Van Houtte handled matters before the General Equity and Probate Parts of the Chancery Division. 

Ms. Van Houtte earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, with minors in Legal Studies and Sociology, from the University of Delaware. While in law school, she served as Vice President of the St. Thomas More Society. She also served as a law clerk at a New Jersey law firm focused on estate planning and estate administration. 

Ms. Van Houtte is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
