Mr. Valente is an associate attorney in the firm’s Personal Injury Group and concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and worker’s compensation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Valente completed a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Gregg Padovano, J.S.C., in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. As a judicial law clerk, Mr. Valente assisted Judge Padovano in coordinating and managing all multicounty litigation (MCL) matters in Northern New Jersey. Mr. Valente additionally assisted the court in drafting opinions on a wide variety of civil matters including mass torts, prerogative writs, Mt. Laurel, and all other general motion practice.
Mr. Valente graduated from Rutgers – Newark and Seton Hall Law School. During law school, Mr. Valente was a member of the Real Estate Law Society and the Corporate Law Society, and competed in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition. Mr. Valente worked as a summer associate with a law firm in Northern New Jersey where he gained experience defending against a wide variety of claims including asbestos related injuries, toxic/mass torts, and general liability.
Mr. Valente is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
