Biography:
Mr. Gallinger is an associate attorney in the Business and Estate Litigation Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gallinger worked as an associate with a reputable law firm in Bergen County where he gained experience in commercial litigation including contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, condominium and co-op disputes and commercial tenancy matters, as well as estate litigation. Mr. Gallinger also serves as court-appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings.
Mr. Gallinger graduated from Rutgers Law School, Newark, in 2020, where he served as Co-Chair of the Rutgers Law Moot Court Board and as a member of the Rutgers Law National Mock Trial Team, competing in mock trial competitions throughout the United States.
After graduating from Rutgers Law School, Mr. Gallinger completed a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Frank Covello, P.J.Ch, then in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. As a judicial law clerk, Mr. Gallinger built a strong foundation in New Jersey trial court procedure. He moderated and coordinated the first virtual jury trial in New Jersey. The techniques he developed for moderating virtual court proceedings are still being used in trial courts across New Jersey.
Mr. Gallinger is a strategic and results-driven attorney. He is skilled in providing legal counsel, mitigating risk, and securing favorable outcomes for clients.
