Bendit Weinstock, P.A. is pleased to announce that 7 of our attorneys have been named to the 2019 Super Lawyers list. Attorneys Alan Roth, Roger Desiderio, William L. Gold, Anthony Mazza, and James Keegan were all listed as Super Lawyers, while K. Raja Bhattacharya and Joseph H. Tringali were named to the Rising Stars list.
Only 5% of attorneys in the state of New Jersey make it on the final published Super Lawyers list that appears in state and regional editions of Super Lawyers Magazines and in inserts and special advertising sections in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers.
Like the Super Lawyers list, the Rising Stars list represents standout attorneys in the state, except only lawyers under the age of 40 are eligible to make the list. Unlike Super Lawyers, only 2.5% of attorneys in the state of New Jersey are named to the Rising Stars list.
Alan Roth
Attorney Roth is a partner at Bendit Weinstock, P.A. He focuses on medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury litigation. He has secured multiple million-dollar settlements on behalf of clients throughout New Jersey. Attorney Roth is a member of the Essex County Bar Association, Bench-Bar Committee, and he is the former President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – New Jersey.
Roger J. Desiderio
Attorney Desiderio has been a partner at Bendit Weinstock, P.A since 1985 and is the current Managing Partner of the firm. Mr. Desiderio’s practice areas include business, corporation formation, & counseling, real estate transactions, municipal law, and general litigation. Attorney Desiderio is an appointed member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey Ethics Committee and has also been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney.
William L. Gold
Attorney Gold is one of our partners and specializes in medical malpractice and complex personal injury. In 1989, he was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and he also served as the vice-chairman and chairman of the Ethics Committee and on the Fee Arbitration Committee in his county. He has been a featured lecturer on the annual Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice Seminar for the past 18 years.
Anthony Mazza
Attorney Mazza joined our law firm in 1992. His primary practice areas are personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He has been selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list multiple times and served as a Judicial Clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Kenneth Stein. Attorney Mazza is also fluent in Italian.
James Keegan
Attorney Keegan became a partner at our firm in 1982 and focuses on business and general litigation, including all manner of complex commercial litigation. He has represented attorneys, accountants, and physicians, involved in various business disputes and dissolutions.
K. Raja Bhattacharya
Attorney Bhattacharya became a partner at Bendit Weinstock, P.A. in 2014. He primarily handles catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and general litigation. Attorney Bhattacharya has been named to the following lists: New Jersey Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars List, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 List, America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators’ List, and the Medical Malpractice Lawyers’ Top 25 List.
Joseph H. Tringali
Attorney Tringali is a partner and the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group here at Bendit Weinstock. He has represented public sector clients, health care providers, and individuals involved in criminal, family law, and bankruptcy cases. Attorney Tringali is Co-Chair of Amherst College New Jersey Alumni Association and he is a member of the District XII Ethics Committee.
