The beneficiary of the Estate of the victim of Medical Malpractice will receive $2 million in payments as a result of a radiology malpractice lawsuit filed by Bendit Weinstock, P.A.
The victim was a young man who appeared at a New Jersey hospital complaining of significant chest and stomach pain. The Defendant’s Radiologist misread a CT Scan which showed an aortic dissection. As a result, the aortic dissection diagnosis was missed and he was sent home with a diagnosis of acid reflux. The next day, the young father passed away at home. The primary beneficiary of the Estate is his sole minor child who will receive $2 million in payments from the insurance carrier for the radiologist.
This is a tragic case that no loved one should have to deal with. Bendit Weinstock fought hard to make sure that the victim’s daughter would be financially taken care of throughout her life.
