In September 2026, Joseph H. Tringali, Esq. and his team comprised of Nicholas G. Gallinger, Esq. and Elyssa Van Houtte, Esq., successfully resolved a complex business litigation for a matter pending in Hudson County, New Jersey, Chancery Part.
The matter commenced by way of an Order to Show Cause and it was resolved at trial. The litigation involved claims of misappropriation of business assets by the majority members of a well know Hudson County restaurant and catering business. The causes of action that were litigated included Oppressed Minority Shareholder and contract related claims.
