Bendit Weinstock, P.A. is excited to announce that Kay A. Gonzalez has joined the Firm as a Partner. Kay is a skilled trial lawyer who represents the injured in personal injury, medical malpractice, and work injury cases. Kay returns to Bendit Weinstock, P.A. having recently served as the Assistant Commissioner for Consumer Protection Services with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, where she worked to protect New Jersey consumers from unfair insurance practices. Kay’s knowledge of insurance practices will further bolster the Firm’s representation of New Jerseyans.
