Mr. Roth joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1980. Mr. Roth's practice is concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury litigation, which includes workers' compensation, automobile negligence and construction site accidents. He has successfully litigated numerous cases, many of which have resulted in verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars.
