Mr. Kalb joined the firm in 1992, as counsel. His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, in federal and state courts, including intellectual property, environmental, computer technology, real estate, and contract litigation. Mr. Kalb also has expertise in business transactional matters, including acquisition and venture capital transactions. He has founded and operated several successful businesses. He is corporate counsel to several businesses and professional firms in New Jersey, and has been appointed by various Courts as a Special Master, Guardian, Receiver, and in other capacities, to monitor and resolve business and other complex litigation matters.
