Mr. Desiderio joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1985. He currently serves as Managing Partner of the firm. Mr. Desiderio's practice is concentrated in the areas of general and personal injury litigation, as well as business and real estate transactions. He currently is the Township Attorney for the Township of Maplewood, having served in that capacity since 1994.

Recently appointed to University Advisory Council for Seton Hall University. The Council is comprised of prominent alumni Of Seton Hall who are appointed by the University President to help advance Seton Hall's mission of forming servant leaders for a global society and strengthen the University's competitive position among the nation's Catholic institutions of higher education.
