In addition to its usual charitable donations, the firm created the Bendit Weinstock Charitable Fund, Inc. The Bendit Weinstock Charitable Fund Inc. , is a licensed 501[c]3 charitable corporation.  100% of the proceeds of all of our fund raising activities is paid to charities.  BW pays all administrative costs.

In the past year the BWCF made donations to support several worthy non-profits, including:

• Avon Walk for Breast Cancer
• Beth El-Food Pantry
• Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
• The Midland Foundation
• Essex Catholic High School Scholarship Drive

Bendit Weinstock has participated for several years in an annual fund raising drive to benefit numerous food pantries in the state during the holiday season.  In particular, we have supported the Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges and the Interfaith Food Bank of Morristown.  We have helped raise over $90,000 for food banks and pantries over the last three years.

This year, the Bendit Weinstock Charitable Fund, Inc. (BWCF) again participated in the annual Thanksgiving Food Bank Fundraiser, along with the New Jersey Association for Justice. We helped raise over $20,000, which was donated to food banks throughout the state.

If you would like you would like to make a donation and contribute to the BWCF, please note that it is a registered 501(c)(3) charity, so donations are tax deductible. Please make the check payable to the

"Bendit Weinstock Charitable Fund" and send it to our office address.

Every penny received is donated to a worthy charity, and no funds are deducted for administrative or any other costs. Additionally, the BWCF accounting records are open for inspection at any time. To avoid the appearance of any impropriety, however, BWCF cannot accept a donation if you presently have a case being handled by our firm.
